WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Banned for everyday living from entering Walmart, a Wilkes-Barre man pushing a procuring cart exchanged a stolen smaller air conditioner for a larger unit failing to pay for the merchandise prior to leaving the residence with the cart.
Daniel Allen Smith, 35, of Thompson Road, was caught trespassing within the retailer on Highland Park Boulevard on Tuesday, according to court documents.
