Rodriguez also discouraged the general public from donating filthy underwear, but alternatively “essential” and “appropriate” outfits.

“[Don’t] donate your soiled panty or dirty underwear. If it is not wearable (essential) clothing, don’t ship it. Please donate appropriate garments!” she instructed lovers.
